Simple email signature builder

A light signature with no photo or logo. The only images are three tiny contact icons, and if an email app blocks them, the letters M, E and W show in their place. Pick a person, check the preview, then copy it into Gmail.

How to add it to Gmail
  1. Open this file in Chrome on a computer and click Copy signature for Gmail.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings, then the General tab.
  3. Scroll to Signature, click Create new, name it, and paste.
  4. Tip: make two. Use Stacked for new emails and Compact for replies, then set them under Signature defaults.
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom and send yourself a test email.

For Hostinger webmail or Outlook, use Copy HTML code if the rich paste loses its styling.
